Looks like you did some manip work...neck. perhaps hand...Can you describe what you've done?
I like this...and your eyes! wow...natural or manip?
All I did to this pic was to change the levels&contrast etc and poss the overall colour balance in Photoshop... no manipulation apart from that
And my eyes? Natural... its amazing what a change in hair colour can do
